Start Your Path to Recovery Today

At Vive Treatment Centers, we understand that reaching out for help — for yourself or someone you love — can be one of the most difficult decisions you’ll ever make. Our admissions team is here to make the process simple, compassionate, and confidential from your very first contact. We serve adults in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding community with personalized outpatient care for addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia.

Call our admissions team at (202) 506-3490 to speak with a trained professional. We will listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and help you understand your treatment options. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.

Our Admissions Process

Getting started is simple, confidential, and judgment-free. Our admissions team will help you understand your options, recommend the right level of care, and guide you through next steps, so you can begin treatment with clarity and support.

At Vive, we make starting treatment as simple and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Connect With Our Intake Team:
You can call, email, or submit a form through our website. Our intake coordinator will listen to what’s bringing you in, answer any questions, and help determine whether our program may be a good fit.

2. Insurance Verification:
If you’d like to use insurance, we’ll gather your information and check your benefits, usually the same day. We review coverage details with you upfront so there are no surprises.

3. Schedule Your Clinical Assessment:
Once benefits are confirmed, we’ll schedule a comprehensive intake assessment with one of our licensed clinicians. This evaluation explores your history, current needs, and goals so we can recommend the right level of care.

4. Complete Intake Paperwork:
You’ll receive all required admission forms electronically. These can be completed securely before your appointment or in person on the day of assessment.

5. Review Your Personalized Treatment Plan:
After the clinical assessment, we’ll walk you through our recommendations, answer all questions, and finalize your start date. Many clients begin IOP the same week.

6. Begin Treatment With Support From Day One:
On your first day, our team will welcome you, orient you to the program, and ensure you feel comfortable and prepared. Throughout your time with us, we stay in close communication to support your progress.

If you’re struggling, let us support you.
